SFA Packaging at PLMA 2025: discover our latest innovations

PLMA-2025
SFA Packaging

On 20 and 21 May, SFA Packaging will attend PLMA's World of Private Label at the RAI exhibition centre, Amsterdam. The premier trade fair for private label professionals to meet, enrich their knowledge and discover new opportunities. At our stand 7.N38 in hall 7, we are proud to present the SFA Slimline range of lightweight packaging, the sustainable plastic replacement for glass and rectangular lightweight yoghurt packaging - an innovation that breaks conventional boundaries. Read a preview below.

Our standards

SFA Slimline combines sleek design with sustainable efficiency.
This line of fully recyclable packaging was developed for brands looking to become more sustainable without compromising on appearance or sturdiness. Thanks to its slim format and use of materials, the Slimline range not only looks visually strong, but is also a sustainable choice for production, storage and transport.

Our tailormades

Together with Marne mustard, we developed plastic packaging as a sustainable alternative to glass. Lighter, shatterproof and pleasant to use - with the same protective properties as glass. A smart solution that is not only sustainable, but also fits the image of an A-brand and the convenience of the user.

Our innovations

Traditionally, rectangular packaging automatically means more material and therefore heavier packaging. But at SFA, we took up the challenge and successfully! The clever shape allows up to 33% more packaging on a tray. That means:

  • carrying less air during transport
  • less space taken up in expensive cold storage
  • More packaging per metre of shelf space in shops.

The packaging is fully recyclable and is produced locally in the Netherlands, using Dutch PP material. Optional execution in bio-circular material or with a NextCycle IML™ label is possible. The modern design offers maximum front facing, increasing shelf visibility. Available in 1100 ml; a 500 ml variant is under development.

Curious about these and other innovations that contribute to a more efficient and sustainable supply chain? You can find us at stand 7.N38. We like to think along with you. Let's create together.
