SFA Packaging

On 19 and 20 May, SFA Packaging will be present at PLMA's World of Private Label 2026 at the RAI Amsterdam. The premier fair for private label professionals to meet, share knowledge and discover new opportunities. At stand N38 in hall 7, we will show how smart packaging choices contribute to sustainability, efficiency and distinction on the shelf. We will also present three packaging solutions you don't want to miss.

Our innovations

Our latest innovation shows that rectangular packaging does not have to be heavier. Traditionally, a rectangular shape requires more material, but at SFA we took on the challenge and with success! Thanks to the clever shape available space is used more efficiently, allowing up to 33% more containers to fit on a tray.

Meaning:

- transporting less air during transport
- less space required in cold storage
- more packaging per metre of shelf space in stores

The rectangular packaging is fully recyclable and is produced locally in the Netherlands with Dutch PP material. Optional execution in bio-circular material or with a NextCycle IML™ label is possible.

Our tailormades

For Tony's Chocolonely, we developed a molded fiber inlay for their advent calendars. Made from 100% virgin paper pulp, this solution is a sustainable alternative to plastic inserts.

Fully mono-material, PFAS-free and 100% recyclable after use together with the outer carton box via the regular paper stream. A smart solution ready for the PPWR.

Our standards

Within our standard solutions, the barrier cup is a smart choice for companies seeking sustainability and product protection combined.

The packaging is produced from PP via injection moulding and provided with full-colour IML. Thanks to its mono-material construction, this cup offers strong barrier properties, a premium appearance and is PPWR-ready. Cleverly designed lugs on the outside ensure good stackability.
