SFA Packaging at PLMA 2025: Discover our latest innovations

SFA Packaging at PLMA 2025
SFA verpakkingen

On 20 and 21 May, SFA Packaging will be attending PLMA’s World of Private Label at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam – the leading trade show where private label professionals and suppliers meet to increase their knowledge and explore new opportunities.

At booth 7.N38 in hall 7, we’ll proudly showcase three of our latest innovations:
the lightweight SFA Slimline range, our sustainable plastic packaging alternative to glass and our new rectangular lightweight dairy packaging – an innovation that breaks conventional boundaries. Scroll down for a preview.

Our standards

SFA Slimline combines sleek design with sustainable efficiency.
The SFA Slimline range features fully recyclable packaging designed for brands looking to reduce their footprint without compromising on shelf appeal or strength. With its slim design and efficient material use, our Slimline range offers a sustainable solution for production, storage and transport – while maintaining a sleek, modern look.

Our tailormades

Together with Marne mosterd, we developed a plastic container as a sustainable alternative to glass. It’s lighter, shatterproof and user-friendly while offering the same level of protection. A smart solution that’s not only sustainable, but also aligns the image of a innovative brand and user convenience.

Our innovations

Traditionally, a rectangular packaging means more material and thus a heavier package. But at SFA, we embraced the challenge and succeeded! Our new rectangular lightweight yoghurt container is designed to enhance both production and logistics. Its shape allows up to 33% more units per pallet, which means:

  • More efficient use of space during transport
  • Minimizes space usage in cold storage
  • More products per shelf metre

The packaging is fully recyclable and locally produced in the Netherlands using Dutch-sourced PP material. It is also available upon request in bio-circular material or with a NextCycle IML™ label. The modern design offers maximum front-facing visibility, enhancing shelf impact. Currently available in a 1100 ml version; a 500 ml variant is in development.
